** For deliveries outside the EU and to island territories, transport costs do not include any customs duties, which will always be paid by the buyer.
What is the preparation and delivery time?
We prepare orders within two days (working days, Monday to Friday) of receipt (this period may be a little longer at peak times).
The estimated delivery time for items, after leaving our warehouse on working days is:
• 2-3 days for Spain
• 5-7 days for Europe 1 and 2 countries
• 7-8 days for Europe 3 countries
Delivery times are expressed in working days and are approximate.
Once the order has been prepared, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the delivery tracking number.
Can I return an order?
You have a period of seven working days from receiving the item to request its return. To do so, please send us an email to help@londji.com and we'll tell you what to do next.
So that we can accept your return, please make sure you meet the following requirements:
· The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and have its original packaging and labelling.
· You must include a copy of the invoice or delivery note indicating the item or items returned and the reason for the return. The transport costs for returns will be at your expense.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Orders are processed immediately, so if for any reason you need to cancel one, please contact our office urgently by email (help@londji.com) or phone (+34 93 250 42 57) within two hours of placing the order. 1.- Credit card or debit card: pay securely with your VISA or MasterCard credit or debit cards.
2.- PayPal: pay securely through your PayPal account.
Is payment by card secure?
Yes, absolutely. Payment by card is made through Servired's secure payment terminal. The payment gateway manages encrypted data using the SSL security protocol.
The security system of our partner bank, Banc Sabadell, guarantees confidentiality and prevents third parties from accessing card details at any time.
Do I need to have a Londji account to place an order?
It's not necessary. You can place an order without having to open an account. When you enter your details as a new buyer, simply leave blank the box where we ask you for a password. In this way you will only register the data necessary for the shipment, but you will not create a user account.
If you wish to open a user account you will have to fill in the password box and the rest of the information, we ask you for.
In either case we will only use your details to deliver your order to your home. You will not receive any advertising nor will we bother you with offers of any kind.
What are the advantages of being a registered user?
By having a registered account, you won't have to enter your personal details each time and you'll have access to your personal space, order history and customised deals.

On the registration page, click on the option Forgot your password? Enter the email you registered with and we'll send you a new password.
What does the price of each item include?
All the prices shown on the website include VAT. Deliveries outside the European Union do not include any possible customs charges.
What is the minimum purchase?
There's no minimum purchase.
How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation by email. Once the order has been prepared, when it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a link to the company's website on which you can track the delivery.
What happens if the order arrives in a poor condition?
All items are carefully checked before being sent out for delivery. If, despite this, there are any damages to the item, please contact us urgently on help@londji.com and we'll provide an immediate solution.

The CE mark guarantees that Londji toys comply with the European Union standard for toy safety (EN71). The EU toy regulation is one of the strictest in the world.
In addition to the internal controls relating to compliance with European regulations, our toys pass strict safety tests carried out by independent laboratories accredited by the European Union authorities.
Our toys are also tested, both internally and by independent laboratories, to ensure compliance with the toy safety standards applicable in the USA (ASTM Standard Consumer Safety Specification on Toy Safety (F 963)).
We only use raw materials (paper, dyes, cardboard and wood) that comply with the safety limits and we regularly check them.
It is important that the toy is used for the age group for which it is intended and that this is clearly indicated on the packaging or on the toy's data sheet, as the design of the toy takes into account the abilities and development of children of that age group.
