These General Terms and Conditions govern the distance-selling relationship between LONDJI SL and the user or customer, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, particularly Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Contracting Conditions; Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users; Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights; General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade; and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
LONDJI SL reserves the right to make any changes it considers appropriate to these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Such changes may be made through its websites by any legally admissible means and shall remain binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly replaced by subsequent terms. Nevertheless, LONDJI SL reserves the right to apply Specific Terms and Conditions in certain cases, which shall take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions whenever it considers this appropriate, provided they are announced in due time and form. Users shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of each purchase.
The purpose of the website is the sale of toys manufactured by the company itself.
The duration of the contract shall be linked to the delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the terms of use and these General Terms and Conditions. You also declare that you are of legal age, or an emancipated minor, and have the legal capacity required to access LONDJI SL's websites and enter into contracts through them.

You may register as a website user to make online purchases in the corresponding section of the website. In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, LONDJI SL informs users that the personal data collected during registration and subsequent purchases will be incorporated into the processing system controlled by LONDJI SL for the purpose of processing the user's actions and managing any subsequent activities arising from them.
In accordance with the rights granted to you under current data protection legislation, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, data portability and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as rights relating to the consent given for such processing, by sending your request to the address indicated above or to info@londji.com. Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive confirmation by email. It is essential that the user provides a valid email address during the purchase process. Upon receiving the product at the delivery address provided, the customer will receive an invoice or a copy of the order.
Offers and validity
If a product is on special offer, its essential characteristics, promotional price and the validity period of the offer will always be indicated.
In compliance with current legislation, LONDJI SL provides information on all items offered for sale, their characteristics and prices. However, LONDJI SL reserves the right to withdraw, restock or change the products offered through its website simply by changing its content. Accordingly, the products offered on the website at any given time shall be governed by the General Terms and Conditions in force in each case. LONDJI SL also reserves the right to discontinue access to the products mentioned at any time without prior notice.
Essential characteristics of the products
Products offered in our online store include a photograph and their essential characteristics, based on information obtained from the manufacturer itself. The product characteristics identify the colours in which the product is available.
Warranties
LONDJI SL is liable for any lack of conformity affecting products offered on the website for a period of three years from delivery.
In accordance with the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, defects that appear during the first two years in new products are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless the company can demonstrate that the defect was caused by improper use.
LONDJI SL provides an after-sales service during the period indicated. If you receive perishable products in poor condition or past their expiry date, please contact info@londji.com. It is essential to follow the storage instructions indicated on the packaging and to observe the expiry date, keeping proof of purchase in all cases.
Prices
All products display their selling price in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
If any other tax applies, this will be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).

Delivery and shipping costs
LONDJI SL will charge the following shipping costs:
€5.00 for Spain, €8.00 for the Balearic Islands, €9.90 for Germany, France, Italy and Portugal, €12.00 for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, €15.00 for Austria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland and the Czech Republic, and €23.00 for Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland and Leto.
Products are delivered through a courier company that may be selected depending on the destination.
Shipping costs will be free for purchases exceeding €80 or €100.
For the following destinations: €80 for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and €100 for Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland and the Czech Republic.
LONDJI SL is not responsible for any customs charges.
Payment methods
Customers may pay for their orders using any of the following methods. They must indicate their choice during the purchase process:
VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment, using a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information transmitted to us is encrypted over the network.
Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's website, through its virtual point-of-sale terminal (POS), and are not entered or stored on any LONDJI SL server.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, expiry date and a validation code corresponding to the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thereby providing additional guarantees regarding transaction security.
This payment method is valid only on the website.
If the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using a payment card number, the cardholder may request the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such cases, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the provider and the cardholder shall be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase was actually made by the cardholder and the refund request did not result from exercising the right of withdrawal or termination, and the cardholder therefore improperly requested cancellation of the corresponding charge, they shall be liable to LONDJI SL for any damages caused by that cancellation.
Bank transfer
When selecting bank transfer, you will receive an email containing LONDJI SL's bank details together with your order confirmation.
It is very important that you include the order number and your full name in the payment reference and make the transfer within three days of the order confirmation date so that the order can be validated.
If you wish, you may send us proof of payment by email to info@londji.com. However, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has received bank confirmation of the transfer.
Please remember that payment must be made in EUROS and that any exchange or banking fees are your responsibility.
For bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that, when arranging the transfer, you instruct your bank to cover the charges at the point of origin, namely the bank fees and expenses charged by your financial institution. Otherwise, LONDJI SL may suspend shipment of your order if the full amount is not received.
Any exchange or banking fees are payable by the customer.
PayPal
PayPal allows payments to be made online securely and conveniently. The PayPal network is based on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to provide a global real-time payment solution. PayPal offers a service specifically designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment methods.

Order fulfilment
LONDJI SL undertakes to deliver orders within the following periods: 2–3 days for Spain and 5–10 days for European countries. Preparation and transit times are expressed in working days and are approximate.
The availability of products offered by LONDJI SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although LONDJI SL updates its stock periodically, a product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, LONDJI SL will proceed as follows: since the products are manufactured by the company itself, they are always in stock.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer shall have a period of fourteen calendar days from the day the customer receives the product to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without having to give reasons.
The customer must return the products covered by the withdrawal without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw.
The amount corresponding to the withdrawal shall be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw from the contract has been effectively and unequivocally communicated, provided that the goods or products covered by the withdrawal have already been received or the consumer has provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first. Otherwise, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or the customer provides evidence of their return.
The user is informed that they shall only be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by notification by telephone on 972570524, by email to info@londji.com, by sending written notice to our postal address CRTA/ DE PUJARNOL KM 0,5, 17834 PORQUERES (GIRONA), or through the withdrawal form.
Returns
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to LONDJI SL at CRTA/ DE PUJARNOL KM 0,5, 17834 PORQUERES (GIRONA), without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is exercised. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the product before it expires.
The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product.
Refunds
Amounts paid by the customer shall be refunded using the same payment methods used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
LONDJI SL shall refund the amounts paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification.
Unless the company has offered to collect the goods itself, in sales contracts it may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
Return of defective products
If a product is not in good condition and the causes of the defect are not attributable to the customer, the customer shall have the right to return the product by informing LONDJI SL of the reason for the return through any of the contact methods provided in these Terms and Conditions, at no cost to the customer. A return due to a defect or the poor condition of the product shall not be considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
LONDJI SL undertakes to cover the return costs and replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
Complaints
If a user wishes to submit a complaint, they must contact LONDJI SL by email at info@londji.com or in writing at CRTA/ DE PUJARNOL KM 0,5, 17834 PORQUERES (GIRONA). LONDJI SL also makes official complaint forms available to consumers and users.
Jurisdiction
LONDJI SL also reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal action it considers appropriate in response to improper use of its website and content or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the legislation in force and applicable in Spain. In the event of any dispute, the parties may submit their dispute to arbitration or bring proceedings before the ordinary courts in accordance with the applicable rules on jurisdiction and competence.
